        The staff at the Auckland office are awesome, very helpful and responsive. I had a small error in one order and it was very quickly resolved with the missing item sent out immediately.

        Very happy with the service received, although there were a bit of a delay, because of the COVID19 lockdown - this however were outside of their control. Service was very swift post lockdown and communication was excellent. Ashley was quick to respond, and my speakers were repaired and sent back to me.
