        15 minutes to make literally one of the easiest orders, told where we could sit, directly in the sun which I asked if we could move elsewhere and it was almost like it was too difficult, large group of people had taken chairs from other tables to sit together and have a meeting where they were speaking very loudly, ambient temperature was far too hot and food arrived cold. Another visit, very busy, took about 15 minutes to get our food, meanwhile our shakes melted, undercooked fries and lukewarm nuggets. Guess I should be grateful the nuggets weren't raw. Staff came in and stood or wandered around doing nothing while one lady was run off her feet. Drive through was getting orders first. Just a bad experience all round.
