EPIC FIT

Due to physical limitations, in the past I have struggled to find a gym and PT's that can modify exercises to help achieve my fitness goals. At Epic they have spent time and effort with me to find alternative ways to exercise so I can participate in the classes with others, while still focusing on my individual needs. I wouldnt train anywhere else now.

I enjoy going to Epic gym. The instructors are good and adjust the exercises in the sessions to suit you if required. They sessions can be intense but that is why you go

Joining Epic was one of the best decisions of my life!! I Was never a believer in gyms and was very hesitant about joining but decided to give them a trial and let them prove themselvesI must say the EPIC team have converted me. I started my weight loss journey in November, and have seen amazing results from the training I get from this gym. Each session is different enough to make it exciting. The trainers there are very supportive, motivating and most importantly, they are heavily invested in every individuals goal. though its a group training session, they some how find a way to make it feel like a one on one personal session. Come give this place a chance and see the results you will get within weeks!

Loved training with these guys. Such a friendly and welcoming team who do the most to support you in hitting your goals. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I definitely felt stronger and fitter after only a couple of months with EPIC. I'm not working close to the studio anymore, but if I was I'd be there week in week out. 100% recommend.
