Purchased their flooring brand SENS Aquaplus through Mitre10 in Auckland and within the first day of installation there were chips and gashes in the product from just moving furniture around. Their product says "scratch, indentation resistant" but we were absolutely shocked to see how quickly this product failed to uphold foot traffic through the living areas of the home within a few days and months of installation!! This company saw my review on Mitre10 website so Mitre10 went and deleted it so they could shut us up because that's what large companies do when they don't care about anyone BUT make money. ALL they did was boast about how good their product was and that it was made in Belgium and blame shifted so they would close the issue off. You forgot there's all forms of social media platforms and I will not be quiet. No one should deal with companies like you. There are no longer reviews on any of the SENS Aquaplus flooring brand at Mitre10 they're probably deleting everyone's honest reviews on there. Wouldn't trust them at all. DO not recommend this company at all and all Mitre10 mega stores sell this product.
