Auckland Flowers

How can this company continue operating? I ordered flowers plus a Congratulatory balloon for my daughter in law who had Twins at Middlemore Hospital. I received an email confirming my order and that the flowers would be delivered on the 23rd December 2021. She was discharged a week later and still no flowers arrived. Everyday I phoned until 31st December and each time I was told the phone number is not valid. I sent emails and still no response. Message said they would be re-opening on 5th January. Still no response to my emails. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have no experiened anything like this before and have been left feeling absolutely gutted. Somebody needs to do something about it!! How can they take a customer's money and not deliver the order. That's daylight robbery!

I wish I can give 0 star - I ordered online and selected local pickup on 20/05, got an email confirmation saying its ready for the day, I came to pickup the flowers in there opening hours, saw NO ONE in the store, called them 5+times and NO ONE answered my call. I emailed again for a refund and got NO response. Very disappointed, dont get your flowers there, they are SCAM

Do not purchase from this seller. Non delivery of flowers. Phone line has been cut off. Not responding to emails or contact us forms.
