Rude online customer service. I complained about a cracked lid sent to me with a broken seal. The bottle was well packaged. I was insulted by the customer service staff and called odd and crazy in a series of emails. It is unprofessional to verbally abuse customers and be dismissive. After I told him he was being unprofessional for gaslighting customers, the online staff sent this. Which makes no sense the staff repeating back to me what I said about being unprofessional, to the customer that I was unprofessional. They are the business. They should be fired and also need to get psychological help. And some more training on customer care. Emotionally abusive, gaslighting questioning my reality with saying I am making assumptions. This is all red flag behavior of an emotional abuser. They also called me a liar, after I sent a photo as evidence that the lid was in fact broken. You do not call customers a liar This is certainly not wholesome behavior to reflect of a health food shop. It is so toxic. And staff should listen without being judgemental to customer complaints. This is just part of the rude comments said below in a paragraph. I quote you saying, "Why did you send me a bottle opened with a cracked lid.. That is an accusation you made on us, and then you proceed to tell me how I was thinking in your email, good grief. This is rude and unprofessional and another wild assumption with no evidence whatsoever you can point to! Craziness.

I was introduced to Vital Health's Nuzest 'Good Green Stuff' last year when I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer requiring surgery (to remove the tumour and part of my bowel), a temporary ileostomy bag and chemotherapy. The Ileostomy meant I was limited with my diet and so was eating very little in the way of fruits and vegetables. Side-effects of chemotherapy meant I had to be even more careful about diet. I needed to supplement my diet and Good Green Stuff was the ideal way to do it. Of course I was nervous about using something new because of diet sensitivity but was reassured when Geoff put me onto an expert nutritionist familiar with the product. I haven't looked back and I now continue to use the product post ileostomy reversal. I really believe Good Green Stuff has helped my body through a challenging time and I highly recommend both the product and the support provided by Vital Health Company Ltd.
