        In regards to Hakanoa Handmade's review, sadly this leaves us no choice but to respond- not only on our page but on theirs too. Its unfortunate that this customer feels this way. We have an open door policy and nothing but respect for our staff and customers and we have and always will be up front and honest. Even when this customer was unable to pay their account we were more than happy to oblige and help by making suitable arrangements with them which meant there business continued to operate and we continued to manufacture for them. We wish them all the best in their future.

        If you are considering using this company for contract manufacturing, call us first. We worked here for 5 years very happily, but it came under new ownership in Dec 2021 and we've moved our business elsewhere to avoid considerable chagrin. We'd like to save you the same very unpleasant experience.

Even when this customer was unable to pay their account we were more than happy to oblige and help by making suitable arrangements with them which meant there business continued to operate and we continued to manufacture for them.
