        So glad i stumbled across this gym. Being a student, its so hard to find a gym thats affordable and specialises in Strength, conditioning and OLY lifting. LS&C is a great gym with some really talented trainers.

        This is an amazing gym, and I am so happy I joined years ago! The coaches and my fellow gym buddies are all so supporting & helpful! No matter what your age, they tailor the work outs to your abilities and strength. They push you when needed, but also take into account your own limitations. Having a bad day - then a workout here is sure to put you in a better frame of mind!
