        The price is costly, and the service attitude of the store staff is deplorable. You gave me a reason not to look back. Giving you one star feels like too much.

        I asked for a refund of the products I purchased a few mins ago as the products are over-priced. They refused to give a refund although there is no issue with the products. Very disappointing and will never shop from Japan Mart.

        We had purchased some products from this store and wanted to return them. They said we couldn't due to them being on discount or serving, anyway I said that's ok but they didn't even let us exchange the items for something else. The items were only bought for about a week and in their original packaging. I don't understand why they wouldn't accept even an exchange.
