Hot Spring Spas New Zealand Ltd

We purchased a hot springs spa as we wanted a no sound, no vibration spa due to the close proximity of our neighbour. Hot Springs advertises as a no sound, no vibration spa when filtering. This is not the case. Only the 2 top of the line spas are. We were told when purchasing that all hot Springs spas are no vibration during filtering. We talked at length about how we were going to be placing the pool on a wooden deck and were told that would be OK for noise. We now have to fork out for a spa technician to come and place the pump on a rubber stand to reduce the vibrations. The pump is bolted directly to the frame causing vibrations to run through the frame and into the deck causing a low, reverberating hum which is annoying.

Thought we bought a high quality pool. After 4 years it start to lose water. The reason was over use of chlorine they said, which we never had with the budget pools we have owned in the past. We also needed a new pump for the same reason. My daughter who also owns a hot spring said that they are already unto their 3th pump. We where quoted over 3000 dollars to fix it. I asked for a meeting with Mr Paretovich which was declined. At the end we had it fixed. All this toke more than 6 months. I have a few more stories like this. In my opinion the quality is not there As soon we got it back, I sold it and will never want to own a Hot spring again.
