        Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience at this place. Unfortunately, I noticed some concerning issues that need to be addressed. The staff could be friendlier, the place is often overcrowded to the point of being unsafe, and there are also frequent staff shortages and closures due to "unforeseen" circumstances. The facility needs to prioritize cleanliness, especially since the floors are often dirty and the areas underneath the mats are downright gross. It's also concerning that there's a constant draught and dirt blowing in from the wide-open slide door right next to the baby pool, even in stormy weather. Let's hope the management can take action and make positive changes soon. Our health and safety depend on it.

        Love the sauna and pools here but lifeguards are so grumpy one young guy and old guy with glasses just stood there frowning at my son making him feel like he was doing something wrong we got racist vibes
