        I have both my cars and and house insured with MAS and have been fairly happy with their service, however one of my policies have just come up for renewal and the was a 25% increase in my premium. I phoned to enquire what was going on and the reason was essentially because COVID and I should expect to see these increases when my other policies come op for renewal.

        As an impecunious medical student I was insured by Medical Assurance in 1977 when I bought a motorbike. I have stayed with them ever since. They have been superb to deal with, so much so that my 2 kids who are both now doctors too continue to be members.
