        Patty was great when I had broadband issues. The call centre was less great. Second time I rang, I finally hung up after listening to THREE terrible songs on repeat for over 45 minutes, including the worst country music song ever written. Megatel - if your call times are 45 minutes, there's a problem. Also, please for the love of God include more music - preferably not Slice of Heaven or Split Enz - and swap out the presumably free music (lyrics couldn't be found anywhere on the Internet) for something semi-reasonable. I mean, "I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. My meter's expired." would be comical if I didn't have to endure it 20 times.
