La Pasta Italian Kitchen

Clearly a change of owner hasnt worked well for this business. What was once delicious food from friendly staff is now burnt, flavourless, microwaved rubbish from staff with zero customer service skills. The phone is rarely picked up and when it is the staff are unwilling to even accept orders for items on their listed menu. The fact the owner is now berating customers on their feedback seals the deal - good luck when the business shuts down, you deserve no better.

Portions keep getting smaller, the lasagna was burned, the owners/staff cant muster an ounce of friendly customer service between them and to top it off, they cant even be bothered to update their operating hours on Google so half the time I call, it just rings because theyre closed. Why bother anymore.

Food was ok. Your online system was trash. Ordered online then tried calling the store after not receiving a confirmation email to have no answer. Then I had to drive to the store and the staff had to make it then on the spot. (I overheard the staff badmouthing either the manager or owner and how they turned all the online systems off because they were busy) clearly they need a manager in there who will manage the kids that were on the counter. Very disappointed even though the food was good i would not be going back while those staff are there.
