Whats going on here. Every time I go to grab me a salad its either closed or they cant serve salad.

Walked into the most uninviting experience at tank ever. I ordered the vegetarian paleo wrap last weekend midday and a smoothie and paid using the stupid monitor and then the staff started making my wrap, he suddenly decided to inform me there was no avocado and no egg, the two key ingredients to give the wrap the name and this guy gave me a customary sorry not sorry reply and didn't even bother to offer a refund. I was also quite concerned about the fact that a spoon with the label "beef" was placed in the corn container. Tank has useless staff and useless software, key ingredients are missing, the quantities of ingredients I saw displayed were too minimal, I wonder how this store is still running. And oh I did send them an email with complete details of this incident from their pathetic website and haven't heard anything back. Edit: They've come back to me and given me a refund but nevertheless was a bad experience that ruined my day.
