        Not worth going to "showroom", just one kitchen to look at and the space is very dirty and smelly

        Appalling customer service. After Kitchen Theme LTD installed kitchen cabinetry in my home, part of it broke needing repair. I contacted the office multiple times and and never received a response. I eventually complained and was told a service technician would come and repair the cabinetry on the weekend. I stayed home all day and no one showed up. I complained again, and was told someone tried to call me. Ive checked my phone records and this didnt occur. The company has not responded to me since. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I still have a broken cabinet because Kitchen Theme LTD wont respond to me.
