Dean listened to what we were looking for and didn't push a product on us, as we had twice previously experienced. I was having major and serious issues, Chris when approached about these issues was straight to the point of offering a resolution that was equitable and more than fair in fact well beyond my expectation of resolving the issues. Chris is the embodiment integrity. Thank you Chris. I recommend parkland products knowing that no matter the problem, if its in the company's scope and ability to fix or resolve I know you will get things sorted. Happy mowing Keith
