        I had some postural issues with my upper back, to the point I was aching at night, I came and saw Liz fortnightly for a few months to help with the issues I was having with my thoracic. Liz has a great vibe and is very knowledgeable and highly trained in anatomy. She even suggested things I can do outside our session so I do not have to see her so frequently. I have not seen her in almost a year, which is a good thing!
