This company charged me over 3k to get repairs done so I could pass a WOF. I paid the amount and they couldn't fix all the repairs even though they were paid for it. I asked for a refund on the part they couldn't repair that took another month before being refunded and to get my WOF passed. Eventually the WOF was passed without full work completed, I'm not sure how that happened? Fast forward a year for another WOF and I failed for the same part - the steering rack. I got the seat belt fixed which didn't need replacing as stated by this company. When trying to solve the issue the owner told me the steering rack was reconditioned and the warranty wouldn't be covered I didn't pay for reconditioned parts and never got a worksheet when asking. Had to get a whole new steering rack and was charged the same amount for brand new part. This company is unethical and I wouldn't recommend the only reason I went to them was to support small businesses as we were sent an email at work. I now will only go to Toyota for my repairs and services because of this bad service. Services: Brakes, Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair
