I had a horrible experience here last year when I was coming In for an ultrasound regarding my suspected endometriosis. The woman refused to scan me when she said I hadnt drank enough water so I had to come back again after an hour. She then scanned me and then refused to do an internal scan as I told her I was a virgin (even though Ive had internal scans before and Im completely happy to do that especially as I was extremely worried about my reproductive health). She said no Im not doing an internal scan on you and she apparently spoke to her manager who told her shes not comfortable doing that either? What kind of professionals are these? So I didnt even get the full scan that I paid for and needed for my health. She checked what she could on the surface ultrasound and told me I am totally healthy and fine, that there was no cysts in my ovaries and that my pain wasnt related to anything there. Fast forward a few months later where I see a true professional, I get an operation and GET DIAGNOSED WITH STAGE 2 ENDOMETRIOSIS! Cant believe that woman and her manager have a job especially in this field. So disappointed, such poor service, experience and just general human regard. It took me this long to write this review because I was traumatised after the appointment when she was rude to me and disregarded my need for proper healthcare. Please dont come here if youre looking for genuine professionals.

Jillian is one of the best Sonographer I met! She is kind and professional, she explained all the details to me during the scan! Amazing service

Incredibly rude unhelpful booking staff that dismissed questions and said no to ever before I even asked it and spoke over mez couldn't even get as far as booking
