        What a pleasant experience. I had a serious lower back injury and from A to Z Bernard and Sean have help me. My back is healthy, my posture has improved and I keep on seeing them once a week or so cause' honestly? I feel stronger every time I leave the room. From acupuncture to pilates techniques to even CrossFit movements correction. A well rounded service. Thank you!

Jono does an excellent job targeting the issue and providing the appropriate rehab solutions to support a quick recovery and to prevent further injury.
