        Very bad mannered female senior in charge (40ish) told me to move aside while I was checking the sizes at the cashier. She said impolitly to me that she had to get the payment to go through for the people behind me in the queue. I was at the front of the queue and her staff was servicing me. The young guy (her staff) was nice and patient. I bought at least 7 shirts at last.

        I've been through a couple of Barkers stores and the oh-some customer service. But the customer service in Barkers Albany was so AWESOME! Me and my mate are looking for shirts and trousers, and Cholae was soooooooooooooooo welcoming, patient, and extremely helpful with all our queries. She gave us the most authentic and personable customer service! All my compliments! -- Henry

        They dont pay enough attention to their customers. Theyd rather gist with each other and talk about their hobbies. They also bungled my pants after paying for adjustment. 2 stars is for good quality clothing.
