Gilrose Finance

Today I received a collections notice from this finance companys debit collections agency that I owe them money. Upon checking I found out they have made a mistake. My account was fully paid and closed back in 2015 and after several years they sent my account to collections agency by mistake with out even making any effort to contact me before.

Gilrose is definitely best lender I've ever dealt with. .Easy to access Web portal. .Able to adjust payments. .Able to pay earlier without the early repayment fee. .Very fast and easy to contact via email or a call. .I happened to be able to merge 2 HPs into one repayment Lender last used 2016 for a PC Packaged deal from Computer Lounge. Saw that another review kept it down voted without using their actual services and knowing their fee structure. Keep informed and make the right decisions, review their services and compare them to your own needs.

Disappointed, waited on the phone for 5 minutes and 20 seconds then to look up our settlement figure, the guy goes away for 2 minutes to find this to be told I need my husband's authorization to find out how much is remaining. We were paying the remaining in full today but now we have to wait til we get the next statement as he doesn't have time to wait on the phone during his lunch break. Bad service. service is everything. And I'll be telling Micheal hill we won't be shopping with gilrose again... talk about making life difficult... MH will be disappointed about this service gilrose won't be they dont care

To sign up with Gilrose there is an application fee which puts you off really for signing into their scheme unless if you are really desperate in need to buying something which is a shame sadly for the customers side.
