We are leaving to Australia today but my daughters brand new suitcase was broken so we went to Albany shop and told the shop lady with breasts hanging out about the suitcase. soon she started yelling at us and refused to give us replacement, also she said your kid broke this in front of my daughter, poor little girl was looking really sad.. She said they can repair it but takes 3-5 working days, if you want to ship to Australia or NZ home we need to pay for the shipping. But not just this... soon as we were leaving the shop she smiled at the other staff. I have a video of this conversation.

Even one star will be a such a waste. Poor in customer service. Purchased a bag for Christmas present which was damaged and went for exchange to Albany store offered another damaged bag which I have refused to take it and requested for the refund hence they don't have the same product. Manager insisted that i should buy another product or take the store credit I have purchased the bag because i liked it and why should i change my mind and buy different product because you simply can not offer the product which is not damaged? Manager became angry and asked me to leave the store. NEVER EVER GOING BACK AGAIN TO THIS PLACE..SUCH A WASTE $75 IN THE DRAIN

Just came back from a trip around Europe. We bought four bags from here, two are fine, one lost the stitching and is getting repaired under warranty. The other two of the wheels collapsed on it, the case cracked and made it very frustrating to use for the rest of our Holliday but managed to make it back. Went to the shop today expecting a warranty repair. They said its not under warranty because we dragged the suit they could see that from the scuff marks. I tried to explain back and blue that the two wheels just collapsed, bent under the suitcase and they caused the scuffed marks. The suitcase broke under normal use. But nope, sorry I understand but not under warranty. They sent some photos to someone, then the someone said no. Its not manufacturing fault. I got the managers email now and will email the manager. That is not the way to treat customers accusing off miss use. When it was not. Grrrr. I should not have to go through this. Hope the manager sees this and makes it a little easier. Forgot to say, took them to small claims court, they ended on paying out instead of turning up, boss was too busy, no appology.
