        When I was dropping the pre paid parcel to this post office. The officer is not happy and said you should book online. We can not get anything from this service. It is totally free. If you bought this post office. It means you need to provide a standard post office service! Rude.

        Really bad experience I was dropping off a packed-up parcel at 11:20am today at NZ Post Shop North Harbour Central. The parcel is packed up with tracking sticker on it (the sticker is pre-paid). And I told the owner that I am dropping off this parcel. He said 'Why don't you book a pick-up online? I dont get anything from doing this. We dont like doing social services these days.' How rude and ridiculous! If you don't feel happy to receive packed parcel, please contact NZPOST to make the pre-packed parcel with booking pick up only, or ask for commission of doing this. I have paid the courier ticket and I dont understand why he is so rude to the customer.
