Took too long for me to join this class but once I did I found a place of accepting people and a great way to improve fitness and feel confident. It is a safe, inclusive, social class where you will be looked after and taught proper technique so you can build on your skills at a fantastic price. Nothing to lose by trying out SKB, only sweat

This Muay Thai class isnt just your regular boxing class. Before I started going I felt very intimidated by the sport and anyone who does it. But in this class you are treated like family. I always feel safe and respected being paired up with others. I started off knowing nothing about Muay Thai and after going consistently for a year and a half I can say that Ive never felt more confident! I highly recommend giving this class a shot! Its so much fun. Scottie, the trainer is an absolute gem. She is so patient and kind and teaches you proper technique from the very start!

My favourite Muay Thai place ever! Want to recommend to every one who loves to try kickboxing in Auckland. The people in the group are super nice. They give people belongingness and happiness.
