        How does this outfit get to be a healthcare provider to the DHB's? The most unorganized outfit I've ever dealt with. They do not respond to communications nor deliver on what they've told the client will happen. My elderly mother sits on the side of her bed for hours at times waiting for her caregiver to arrive... but she doesn't come and no phone call! This is the case now as I'm writing this review. Continual change of coordinators. You never know who you're dealing with. And then there's their website! What a joke. Does anyone ever look at it? Certainly no one gets back to you as it states and nothing ever happens. There are some fantastic site staff who unfortunately at times may bear the brunt of the companies admin deficiencies...not their fault! If we had a choice it most certainly would NOT be Geneva.

        They do not seem to have the starff to cover clients. So periodicaly i go with out care. And some of the workers learn on the job. Most of the time workers are lovely
