        The click and collect service is excellent - once you've worked out that the collection desk is waaayyy down the back of the store! Staff have always been helpful and brought stuff through the store and helped load it into the car out front

        THE DOOR MAT REALLY NEED TO ATTACH ON THE FLOOR! Its a safety hazard!!! Was there at the store looking for bikes for my 5 years old and my 3 years old. The Asian lady was nice and gave us some advices about kids bikes, unfortunately they dont have the one we want in stock. The kids had bit fun on the trampoline which was displayed at the front door area, when we were making our way exit the front door, my 5years old got tripped by the door mat and went down with a bump, because it all happen so suddenly I fallen on my my sons body too, and his both hands and left wrist got injured and becomes red and swollen. You can see the door mat edges are curl up and gaps between the mat and the floor!
