Absolutely love the personal attention and good quality equipment. My trainer simply knows her stuff and helped me ease my sciatica which I've lived with for 16 years! For the first time in years I have a fitness goal. I highly recommend these guys! My review is still the same.

Adam and Summer make such a great team and are excellent personal trainers and their soace is well maintained and equipped with quality gear. I've been training with Adam for the past 5 weeks so far, on my journey to beat obesity, and he's a fantastic trainer. He customises the exercises to my level so they're challenging yet achievable without making me feeling like it's too much. No two trainings are the same which keeps it fun and interesting, and I look forward to each session and seeing what more I can do. In the short time I've been working with him I can already feel improvements in my cardio and strength. Beyond the training he's slowly changing my mindset and internal language as he shares his view on things and brings a fresh and positive perspective on things. He's really good at explaining things to improve your knowledge on how the body and exercises work. I've also had the chance to do a training with Summer, and she's just as good. They're both absolutely amazing to work with. If you're looking for someone to help with your health and fitneas goals then I would highly recommend looking at this dynamic duo that make up ADSUM Fitness!

Adam is a great trainer. Really cares about you as a person. Covers everything in a holistic approach. Corrects the tiniest detail in physical training but also cares about nutrition and mental health. My biggest supporter, lifting me to new levels I didnt know I was capable of. A human, friendly, welcoming, encouraging, supporting experience. I was a bit anxious when I started but now Im part of the family and not only enjoy going but cant wait to go and have my session. Highly recommended.
