Paws and feathers looked after my 2 cats over Xmas and I will definitely use them again as well as recommend to others. Photos daily and even though I have super timid cats that hid when they came over - they searched them out to make sure they were ok and I had a photo. Super organised and met up beforehand with all the notes to make sure everything was in order. Thank you ladies

I haven't used their service because I haven't been given the opportunity to use it... I booked for Easter weekend 2021, signed their documentation before Christmas, months in advance, and now when it comes time for me to confirm details and asking how they'd like to be paid I'm being ghosted... I've tried several messaging platforms, emails, calling from other numbers than my own, leaving voice messages and have nothing come back. Not even the courtesy to say they are sorry but won't be able to provide the agreed services. I should have seen the writing on the wall when I asked if they would be able to look after my pets a few weeks before Auckland Anniversary weekend. Again, the same story. I can see my messages are being read, but no response. Weeks later I get an email to apologise that they were ill and in hospital. I hoped that was the genuine reason for blanking me which is why I still kept the booking for Easter, but that was a big mistake. Very unprofessional, and you won't be getting any recommendations from me.
