        Service was very poor. They rebooked my original booking without prior notice or confirming if it suits since its a weekday. I rang multiple times but No ones answering their phone, and the email on google was wrong. Hopeless. Never going back again

        I just want to say a big THANK YOU to the team at Albany Pharmacy Cosmetics. I had the most pleasant time and treatment last week. I had a vitamin c injection and botox on my face, and I am loving it! From the minute I walked in, Julie welcomed me and the other staff were also very friendly. Hayden and Julie were very professional, and I am loving my treatments. I must also mention that during the treatment Julie and Hayden pointed out that I have a very high blood pressure (which I would never have known if they didnt check it for me). They both suggested me to go and see the doctor, and now I am on medication to bring my blood pressure back (since then, my severe headaches is gone). So, I want to say a great Thank you to them. They are my lifesavers!
