I got Mr Walker to replace a toilet seat. Not only was that installed well with no fuss or bother I then asked if they could do additional jobs - and they did. Not all services will let you tag on additional work. We talked through cost effective ways to do the other jobs and I cannot speak highly enough of the service. I felt the serviceman really worked with me rather than fobbing me off with a 'not worth fixing anymore' speech and rocketing out the door nto the next jjob. Great service, price was right and all my stuff was fixed and has stayed fixed which doesnt always happen in a old home. Services: Installation, Toilet installation

Today I went into Chesters Plumbing to find a hose to replace the split one on my toilet cistern. They didn't have what I needed (it was some odd size fitting) but Juan from Mr.Walker was there getting some gear and he said he had one in the van I could have. Thank you so much for helping me out, you saved me a lot of time trying to find one!! What a nice thing to do, I'll be calling you guys when I need some work done at home.
