        Poor communication. They didn't read my emails properly, had to CC different people in to get a reply to start with. Response time is ether minutes or weeks between replies, one or the other. It really shouldn't be this hard to just print one A3 print.... Edit/response to reply: I wasn't after an immediate printing, nor was I rushing/demanding anyone for it. I was just after communication. If your business is down with covid (sorry to hear) then just let customers know that response time and output capacity is effected and that is perfectly understandable. - Appreciate it's not been an easy month for a lot of people due to covid and flooding.
