        We contacted Johnson Roofing to do some simple jobs on our roof - just fixing some popped nails and rust. It took 6 weeks, 3 missed appointments, 3 days of having someone wait at home for a no-show, and 20 emails to get to a point of even hearing back about our roof; and then the roofer claimed we needed an entirely new roof. That assessment was based on a roof 'inspection' that supposedly happened on a day when there were lots of people home - they didn't see or hear any roofer on the property. When we asked for photos or other evidence to support this claim that we needed a whole new roof, Johnson Roofing said we'd need to pay $1000 for a "report." Six weeks later and we're left looking for another roofer.
