I would like to say the service we have received while changing over to Liquid has been nothing but outstanding , every time I have rang which has been a few the staff have been friendly and very helpful and have solve my problems every time. Highly recommend .

Outstanding service the whole way through getting set up with Palace, as a newbie I made plenty of mistakes and had plenty of questions and someone was always there to help. Rosie (my Palace trainer) met with me on a weekly basis for the first couple of months and was not only very good at her job, I always looked forward to chatting with her. Easy to use system- I would highly recommend.

We migrated to Palace last year, part way through the financial year, we have all used the chat line for help with all kinds of issues, as the system was unfamiliar to us and very different from our previous operating system; the Palace team are always friendly, efficient and helpful, with easy to understand answers, will call back if needed and respond in a timely manner. :)

I've been using Palace for over a year now and have found the team very helpful and knowledgable. It's always good to know there is someone to help out with any issues that arise. Their service is prompt and friendly. The new dashboard interface makes life very easy - everything is at your finger tips - cheers guys!

I am reasonably new to my role and had not used Palace prior to starting with this company. I have had numerous niggly, unusual and just plain silly questions that I have needed to contact the support team about. They are always helpful and friendly and are happy to ensure that I am comfortable with the outcome. I have also spent time with Palace trainers and once again I have found the service helpful and friendly. When you are asking questions that show your limited knowledge, it is great to feel supported, rather than just made to feel like a nuisance. Thank you to the team at Palace.
