Worst service ever, placed an order online on the 25th of February then received an email from Jarrod on the 1st of March telling me that couldnt fulfil my order and asked if I wanted another product. I didnt so asked for a refund which Im entirely entitled to. He said he would process it, a week went by then I emailed again amd was told sorry Ill get on to it still no refund so emailed again and like a parrot was told the same thing amd it would take up to 5 working days. Still no refund..worst service ever. Will be making a formal complaint and I expect a refund ASAP, no excuses and as a good will gesture from a DYNASTY send me something out on top of a refund. Shocking service. Dont shop here. Give me my money back and send something out to help start salvaging your company otherwise youll go out of business in no time due to poor customer service. Up to you.

Still waiting for my parcel ordered on Black Friday. Its already been nearly two months, and its yet to be even shipped.

Ordered some gear back on 28/11/22 received and email on the 29/11/22 saying the order has been shipped by StarTrack on the website it states orders over $50 sent by DHL, paid for DHL shipping, reckon I would have received it in time for the birthday it was ordered for if it was dispatched by DHL. 11 days later it still shows as processing when I track it, has me wondering if it will even make it here by Xmas 22 or 23. The No Customer service team are no help at all,. Not happy at all. ( Would like to know if it has even left the warehouse yet?) yes its a busy time of year but thats no excuse to send it on the slowest possible courier, is it?
