        From a student point of view , it will be safe if your flatmates are students too and you know them very well. Uni house is not for uni students is for everyone, and i do not recommend this place for female students.

        Uni house misleading for a good safe place for uni students. Lack of maintenance and cannot choose who becomes your flatmate. Not a good experience for many student tenants we've met over the years.
