The service they offered from the very first phone call was excellent, they were always friendly and helpful and the job was smooth and seamless and they went out of their way to ensure the job was delivered on time. We will definitely be going back and cannot thank them enough for looking after us so well.

        Our company, Forensic Insight Ltd recently had our uniforms provided and embroidered by this business. They are efficient and knowledgeable. Although they were super busy, the end result was very satisfactory.

        Excellent personalised service from Viv and the team. I was impressed with how they listened and worked to what we needed! Girls rugby at Glenfield are very happy with their new Tshirts. Highly recommend and would definitely utilise again! Thanks Embroidme

        This business would benefit from some PR Training ! We found all our interactions with them lacked any kind of warmth or appreciation for us as the CUSTOMER who are spending OUR MONEY with them. Sadly particularly in these Pandemic times we do believe in supporting local, but not if there is no appreciation that we are making that choice ! My advice is if you want manners, common courtesy, or any feeling your business is actually appreciated DONT GO HERE !!!
