Really helpful friendly staff, family recommended this shop and I wasn't disappointed. Left another vape store to come here as the deals are WAY cheaper/better and customer service was awesome.

Urban vape is the best. Stockists of only the highest quality eliquids and vape related products, the stores ambience is inviting and chill, staff provide top notch service and assistance. If you're after anything vape related look no further. Edit. After a long hiatus from vaping I went back to urban vape online to purchase an Alt Kit and juice. As there was a sale I decided to stock up and bought a dozen 2packs of juice. After vapping the product for a while I was not impressed, the juice was really harsh and had a burnt taste even on a fresh cartridge. Because it was my first experience vaping disposables I just assumed that I'd make a mistake and that they are just a horrible tasting product. A month or so later I'm begrudgingly working my way through this horrible juice and as I'm opening a pack I notice there is a best before date, the product is seriously expired. I took the remaining packs to urban vape only to be told there would be no replacement or exchange, my proof of purchase was my bank statement and the email purchase confirmation.
