Very bad customer service been trying to get in touch for almost 2 months now to purchase bulk products for my business. Tried multiple times with no reply, finally get a reply after a month and it says that they will get a rep to contact me shortly. Its been 2 weeks now and still no contact. Will not bother anymore with this company as clearly my business it not important to them..

Ordered some wrapping paper and ribbon and all I can say is WOW!! The lady that helped me was very patient with me as I could not decide which wrapping paper to choose from, she also helped me choose the ribbons that would go best with the wrapping paper and they are spot on. Very happy with the product and great service!

Purchased bags for my business in May ok the order was not massive but $456. When I received the order I found I had been over charged on all 3 bag types. I called the office as it came to $38 (excluding GST) that I was overcharged. I had to call twice as no one had called me back! The lady I spoke to on the phone stated they had actually had a price increase however it was NOT showing on the website. She said as the website had not been updated she would give my account a credit. I thought at the time a refund would of been the easiest option. I just called now 2 months later and OH wow surprise surprise NO credit on my account. I should not have to explain again and argue to get the credit. The young man was understanding but to have to go through hoops to get the credit I was entitled too is in NO WAY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Repeat customers are important to businesses unfortunately I wont be back!
