        Loved Bikram and HIIT Pilates classes from the first visit! The feeling is tremendous and unforgettable. It is an absolutely different level of body and mind after each class. Meditation in action! Great instructors - inspiring, motivating and friendly. Breathe Hot Yoga/Hot Pilates is the best investment in yourself.

        My mum introduced me to Breathe. Absolutely love it. Great studio, awesome instructors and fantastic classes. Ive done both the Yoga & Pilates classes, and thoroughly enjoyed both of them. Highly recommend for all fitness levels from beginner to experienced.
