        NEVER USE OPTEON!!! This is the worst company I have come across. We got a valuation through Opteon, and when asking them to readdress it to another bank they refused. They refused on the basis that they could not stick by their valuations if they were to readdress to every bank, meaning they would only readdress to certain banks. No mortgage broker that I have spoken to has ever come across this (combined 60 years of experience between them all). They were impossible to deal with and are lucky they are not in a court room, do not go near this group!

        Leeane was a complete disregard of facts and stats kind of person, nothing was considered after a long long discussion. Also contacted my mortgage broker which I have never gave her permission to do so - unprofessional and crossing the line. Stay away from these valuers.
