Im not even sure I can state how terrible this business is - the communication terrible - the stress and worry they put their customers through is no way to run a business. We are one of the lucky ones and got our pool but we are $16,0000.00 out of pocket for extras we paid for - heat pump and pool robot. He took on extra customers knowing he was skating his business on very thin ice - failed to deliver and I cant begin to calculate how much time I spent chasing them up!!!!!! Mike Painter and co should never be able to trade again!

Avoid this family business at all costs. They continued to lie take money and sell pools to innocent families when they had no intention in delivering pools and were clearly unable to do so warehouse cleared out.

Absolutely terrible company that should have never been in business. We did receive our pool after multiple lengthy delays, lies, lack of communication etc however we have dealt with problem after problem with it since we received it just over a year ago. We still have multiple problems with it that were never resolved. Substandard products used, poor workmanship, leaks, and rusting out. We wish we never went with this company and every time we look at our pool we have a sinking feeling in our stomachs with the money, time and energy we spent on it. Almost cost us a marriage with the stress of it all.

Great concept and great Team to get to the pool in place, Their Staff I engaged with in helping post delivery were knowledgable, as they returned a few times to fix a few leaks and help with placement. I have owned the pool for about a year now and the coms has deterioated I am awaiting a few defects to be fixed and coms are now quiet. Not sure what's changed
