Toni Kay, Earlier in the year we used the services of Burmester Realtys Helensville Property Manager: Toni Kay, and we would like to take a moment to show our appreciation to Toni for her professionalism, skill, patience and friendly nature. Toni, took on the job of finding a tenant for our rental over the quiet holiday period which is traditionally a very slow time to rent a property, right at Christmas. We cant tell you enough how proficient she is at her job. She picked her applicants well, and kept us informed throughout. Finding the right tenant for a property, we would say is not an easy task, however, Toni vetted and presented us with the lovely tenants we are luck to have now renting out our property. Knows Her Stuff Kelly is an expert in her field, she did an excellent job selling our house in a timely manner in a challenging market. Easy to deal with and good communication. Could be doing with more fudge though!
