Spring Spa Ponsonby

I was given a voucher for my birthday and was excited for a facial. I arrived to the receptionist giggling upon my arrived. I think they thought my name was humorous which I didnt not appreciate. The facial was fine, though there was no consultation before. The head massage was lovely, but ultimately it was someone washing my face for $130. There was no stream or extraction. There is no atmosphere and its not very relaxing. I would not be recommending to anyone. All style and no substance.

Went for a half day session here that included Massage, facial and Reflexology sessions. All were great. People were super friendly and the treatments were spot-on. Well worth it. Thanks!

I had an absolutely amazing spa day experience at Spring Spa in Ponsonby a couple of days ago. The premises is lovely but mostly its the staff they are just so amazing and friendly from the minute you walk in the door. My two therapists were sooooo good at massage and facials and lovely people as well. I left feeling happy, pampered, so relaxed and very grateful for this wonderful experience Service: Massage
