Since my last Chiropractic adjustment with Dr Ali in Feb I have been very well, instant relief and everything settling over the following weeks. Literally life changing. I will certainly make the trip to Auckland to see him again if the need arises. Highly recommended.

I've seen both Dr. Ali Abbas and Dr. Chiara Di Giovanni on and off for a couple of years and have nothing but good things to say about them both. They both have their own methods so it's a matter of preference which one you prefer. Ali is quick and efficient, clearly very experienced. Chiara tends to use a softer approach, taking the time to relax your muscles before doing any adjustments. Both have given me great advice on how to look after my back. Thank you so much!
