        UPDATE. When the baby product finally arrived,I was thrilled with their product. Beautifully packaged in a wooden box. I would buy again but would allow more time for the delivery to arrive. I placed an order for a gift 5 days ago. I phoned yesterday and asked am I going to receive a tracking order to be told yes I should have a tracking number. I was shocked to be told my order has not been despatched. The products are supplied from Auckland NZ so why the wait?

        Products OK to good, but some better than others. Very expensive postage for online orders. Customer service needs improvement and phone line needs fixing - message boxes full so no message could not be left!
