Went in to look at some work pants, and there are some lovely clothes in store. However, the young girl working there did not look up, did not greet me or acknowledge me and I was in the (small) store for 5 minutes. Was going to try some things on but out of principal I decided against as the assistant had ignored me the whole time. It was super awkward looking at the clothes by the counter where she was sitting as we were within a foot of each other just being completely ignored this specific employee definitely needs some training to boost her morale and needs to be coached on how to make small talk! Bare minimum guys.

bought something from their online store, the clothes came without any swing tag and there are some pilings on the side. its a sales item but feels like buying a second hand clothes. tried to email them but no responses. dont know how good your product is but is this how you run the customer services?

Parcel gets lost, and they leave you to deal with the courier rather than following up themselves.
