Thank you to the speeding Optimus Systems employee [rego JLM722] who ran a red light at 6:45am this morning and nearly took me out on Khyber Pass, by the erratic way you drove you're either on drugs or just an a-hole.

Called up the helpline. Response was prompt and these guys know what they were doing. They took remote control of my computer and did whatever they did and the problem is gone. We had a printer computer communication problem due to more than one internet provider and routers. We didn't know that was causing the issue but these guys discovered that and remotely too.

I would like to thank Mike and Kyle who helped me fix the Monitor issues that I had for a long time. They followed up with me to check if the issue has been fixed, tried all possible solutions and visited twice to my place so they can resolve the issue. Amazing team work
