Bring us PS Now! And enabling PSN region change! How many years since other markets got such services? Your pricing in PSN is already at a premium compared with US and Asia, yet lacking exclusive games, extras and media stuff. People like me wanted to support or have to support local businesses, but you got to do something, at least having a schedule. No excuse SONY ANZ team! I've been a loyal customer for more than 20 years, but I'm gradually losing my patience on this and that inconvenience purely because of your ignorance or being lazy, why XBOX/Nintendo/Steam can do and you can't? Trust I'm not the only one having this feeling. Heads up and keep up, SONY!

Purchased headphones online and requested an immediate refund as they don't work as advertised, at least not for me. Have tried to obtain a refund for almost two months now, only for a decision to constantly be deferred to a manager who doesn't seem to want to make a decision. How hard is it to do the right thing Sony?
